Project 10581

10581 – Seminole City

There is huge lot of land overlooking the lake that allows boating. Major interventions needed were: a new roof, transformation of the porch in the third chamber, arrangement for the removal of old fences, pruning trees and historical arrangement of access to the lake. The conversion of the porch involved the construction of a new wall. Changes to the electrical system and air conditioning were completed along with new windows to follow current legislation anti-impact and a new garage door. Regarding the interior, a new granite countertop was installed in the kitchen, new ceramic tops in bathrooms, painting, pre-finished wood flooring, new carpeting in the day room and in another room, new baseboards. On the outside porch overlooking the lake, new mosquito nets were installed. The air conditioning has been revised.
